The terms for using ProsFair as an employer, professional, or visitor. ProsFair is a subscription platform for managing working relationships.
The service
ProsFair provides profiles, matching, work agreements, work tracking, engagement health, payment records, and related tools on a subscription basis.
Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed through the configured billing provider. Plan limits, prices, and features are shown on the pricing page and in your organization settings.
Payments between users
ProsFair is not a payment processor. Employers and professionals transact outside ProsFair. Payment information in ProsFair is a record, and confirmations reflect both sides confirming, not ProsFair verifying a transaction.
Acceptable conduct
Users must provide accurate information, respect the acceptable use policy, and must not misuse verification, harass others, or attempt to access data they are not permitted to see.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the platform evolves. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
